Important: Don’t Dispute Before Asking Customer Support
You may lose both your money and service. We do not offer refunds if you initiate a dispute. Your money will be stuck.

Refund Policy

We believe in our products 100%. We strive daily to provide you with the best service and make you happy with your experience. However, we understand that our IPTV subscription plans might not work perfectly for everyone all the time. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or face an issue we cannot solve, rendering the system unusable, we are happy to offer a refund.

How to Request a Refund

Please note your transaction order ID, and send an email with the subject: “Request for refund.” In the email, describe the issues you’re facing and the reason for your request. For clarity, we may ask you to provide proofs of the issue and will also send you evidence from our end to explain our perspective and help resolve the issue more transparently.

Conditions

  • We cannot offer a refund for technical issues unless you allow us to resolve them first. If we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours, a refund will be issued.
  • Refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, no refunds can be processed.
  • For credit card payments, refunds are generally processed and credited to your account within 5 to 10 working days. In some cases, this may take up to 90 days, but we are not responsible for delays by the payment processor.
  • Full refunds are only available if requested within 7 days of purchase. Any requests beyond this time frame will be partially refunded based on the usage period of the subscription. Our support team will contact you regarding refund cases.
  • Please note: refunds can take anywhere from 5 to 10 working days, depending on the payment processor, and this is beyond our control. We will strive to process your refund immediately once your request is reviewed.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:

  • The customer is dissatisfied with the channel line-up or performance.
    Recommendation: We suggest trying a Trial before purchasing a 1 to 12-month subscription package.

  • The user is unable to set up their own box, device, or system:
    We will provide our best support for setting up devices, apps, and systems as per predefined setup instructions. We cannot be responsible for unknown configurations or system setups at the customer’s end.

  • Channels are freezing, buffering, or not working intermittently:
    While our servers are generally stable, occasional issues like freezing or channels not working may occur temporarily due to:

    • Customer’s internet fluctuations
    • Issues with the box, apps, or customer setup
    • ISP issues
    • Channel being down from our server
    • Server updates or restarts (which occur weekly)

If a user is unable to access their IPTV service for 48 hours or more due to server issues or other problems on our end, we will offer a full refund or extend the subscription with additional free time, plus a bonus, as we agree upon.
